How do I place an order?
For flexi animals visit our Cute Flexi Maker store. For pet figures fill out the form on the Pet Figures page!
How long does it take?
Standard orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Rush orders ship within 1 to 2 days for an extra $20.
Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! Every item is made to order. You can choose colors, sizes and more!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Stripe, all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
When do I pay?
After you place your order we will email you a payment link within 24 hours!
What material do you use?
We use premium PLA filament printed on our Bambu Lab printer for the best quality.
Are flexi animals safe for kids?
Yes! They are made from food-safe PLA. However small parts may not be suitable for children under 3.
